At CONROY PERFORMANCE we want to create an experience that has added value. Not everyone can train by themselves using online coaching, and sometimes a personal touch is needed to help you excel. If this sounds like you, why not try personal training in Harpenden with us?
Before we start your personal training journey, an initial consultation/assessment helps to distinguish your starting point and is the foundation of exercise programming. A bespoke programme runs alongside your in-person sessions. We update programmes roughly every 6-8 weeks to ensure you are constantly challenged and motivated. Bolt-ons can also be purchased for additional programming and nutritional strategies.
